INTERNATIONAL BUDDHIST SANGHA CONFERENCE IN PATNA, BIHAR ~ On 5th January, 2013, His Holiness the Dalai Lama inaugurated a three-day international Buddhist conference at Buddha Smriti Park in Patna, Bihar. TENSHUG FOR H.H. THE SAKYA TRIZIN ~ On the 17th of December, 2012, a Long-Life ceremony was held at the Sakya Centre for His Holiness the Sakya Trizin. It was offered by the Central Tibetan Administration, which was represented by its Minister of Religion and Culture Kalon Pema Chhinjeor.
